HyGear will be acquired by clean energy leader, Xebec
HyGear shareholders signed an agreement for the company to be acquired by clean energy leader, Xebec from Montreal, Canada. The acquisition is expected to close on or about December 30, 2020 and is subjected to regulatory approval and other customary closing conditions.
